Does Everyone Need A 90-Day Goal?

When helping clients implement EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) in their businesses, we teach the leadership team members to reach their long-term goals by completing 90-day goals (aka Rocks). While this makes sense for the leadership team, does everyone else in the company need to have 90-day Rocks?
